Many of us do not really understand what it is to praise God and so we do not take the time that is necessary to worship Him. You will release the supernatural power of God in your life when you learn to praise Him with all your heart. By sincerely worshipping Him on a regular basis, you will begin to experience victory in every area of your life (2 Corinthians 2:14). The prayers of praise and worship will come from the heart and also come about because of our knowledge of Him and His Holiness and Excellency. He created us to worship and praise Him. 'Praise and thanksgiving' - what did Hebrews say? Praise is an expression of faith, a declaration of victory! Faithful worship – including praise, prayer, obedience and faith – matters because idolatry, in whatever form, satisfies neither God nor us. In fact, He alone deserves all praise. It is not in our IT IS in our power to turn and surrender control to the One who is in control through praise and worship. It declares that we believe God is with us and is in control of the outcome of all circumstances. We enjoy God to the degree that we worship him faithfully. €�You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” Revelation 4:11. Throughout Scripture, the summons to God's God is not only fitting because He is worthy, it 's also for our good. So when we do, we are fulfilling the purpose of our lives.
